My name is Ilias Theodoridis. As an HVAC technician with nearly 20 years of professional experience, I stand for expertise, precise execution, and the highest quality standards.

My career began at the age of 16 with my first practical experiences. At 18, I completed my apprenticeship in Greece, where I furthered my expertise in HVAC technology. I learned early on how crucial accuracy, technical precision, and a sense of responsibility are for achieving sustainable results.

Since 2014, I have been working in Germany and have been able to expand my experience in various companies. In roles such as senior technician and project manager, I was responsible for the professional implementation of demanding projects, the coordination of teams, and the on-time completion of systems.

With the founding of my own company, I consciously chose self-employment – ​​with the goal of offering my customers customized, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
